Would have left zero stars if possible.The website is useless, slow - clunky - impossible to check out, keep getting a "something went wrong" message. Called customer services - no use at all, and you can't order over the phone. So despite really wanting a pair of their Favourite Cut jeans, I bought something else instead from another shop. Also, a couple of items I added to my basket on impulse sold out while I was struggling to checkout. Well done Other Stories - you make it so hard for your customers to buy your products that they give up! Won't be trying again either, an hour of my life I'll never get back.

I couldn't make a purchase -it said Payment error every time. So they lost a customer.

Items are well cut in terms of shape and generally the quality is good, skirts are great, HOWEVER, stay away from the knitwear which is way too expensive and ends up bobby and shabby and far worse than cheaper high street retailers and has cost me a fortune as i bought into the cute styles and colours.

I have bought shirts and skirts from &other stories that are were all very comfortable made of materials that feel durable albeit soft and wonderful.I am not sure how well this brand measures up to others in the same price bracket but I would consider buying from &other stories again, particularly from their Paris design studio.

Quality is poor - bought jumpers, very expensive, in an attempt to buy quality over a cheaper typical high street one season wear. What arrived was a poor quality badly proportioned product that looked like an H&M sale rail item. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before buying as it seems to be a reoccurring issue. I agree with other reviewers that the products appear identical to H&M standard fare but at 4 times the price.

I wouldn't recommend this retailer. Bought a skirt and after 15 days with no deliver I went to check and it said that was returned to the warehouse. Retalier didn't communicate, called today asking for a refund, the girl was nice over the phone but not sure if I will receive a refund to be honest.

I got some really cute blouses from Stories last week and they were really cute on me. Wonderful clothes and I absolutely love every item I got from them. Nothing bad to say about anything from their clothes to their services!

Terrible customer serviceI called them twice to ask for a refund and the line 'accidentally went down' as soon as I mentioned refund..My package hasn t arrived yet (ordered it 10 days ago) and they advertise it s 2-3 working days delivery! Will never buy anything from this brand

Shipping is super quick which is great. However their returns is the slowest I’ve ever encountered. It takes about a month to process a return by post!

I placed an order for some beautiful clothing items I saw online on their website and I got all of them within 6 days of placing my order. Less than a week! I was able keep a track of the delivery process and the track where the package was through their website after logging into my &OtherStories account

I have a gift card which I’ve been unable to use due to lockdown throughout the year. When I contacted customer service, I was told the card could only be used in stores. But they are closed. So they are just sitting on my money and I’m unable to purchase anything.
